[Mash-Up] Notorious B.I.G x Kanye West - Suicidal Thoughts Runaway (White Lotus Mashup)

Our boy DJ White Lotus is at it again with a solid mash-up of Biggie's "Suicidal Thoughts" and Ye's "Runaway". As he told us before, he is not a producer, but a DJ, and this is his art. Regardless if he is producing the track or not, what he has come out is pretty dope, and worth a listen. Check out this track, and a previous mash-up by Big Z that was an SB favorite.

Kanye West featuring Nas - We Major (Bittersweet White Lotus Mashup)

As I was surfing the web today I came across this mashup by DJ White Lotus (I have absolutely no idea who he is). Anyways, he does a great job meshing Kanye West and Nas' "We Major" with The Verve's "Bittersweet Symphony." I'm not completely down with mashups such as this one because I feel like they really can't be that hard to make. That being said, I think this track has a great sound to it.....let us know what you think!

Common and Nas- Ghetto Dreams

I've been waiting on this since the 30 second snippet came out a few months back. Nas leaked it from his twitter this weekend when he was smoking cocaine blunts and pouring Rose and Cristal on bitches. It lives up to the hype. It's pretty wild that guys like Nas,Common, Pete Rock and Smif-n-Wessun who were big in the 90's are still doing it now in 2011. Supertrend gave this track a Superstamp of approval (I don't know what that even means or why it's important). What are your Ghetto Dreams? Let us know!

Nas - Nasty

Nas just came out with his first single off of his new album Life Is Good called "Nasty". Produced by Salaam Remi, this track has the old school flow that made me fall in love with Nas in the first place. "Nasty" resembles the hard, raw tracks of Illmatic, and has left me ecstatic to hear what this album's gonna be all about.

Wu-Tang Clan, Nas & Damien Marley - As We Enter the Gravel Pit (Skratch Bastid Blend)

Whats up SB world. We deeply apologize for no Sunday Hangover Playlist this week. Graduation festivities consumed our entire weekend. We will be back with the relaxing tunes next Sunday.

In the mean time, I came across a phenomenal blend today by Skratch Bastid. Wu Tang, Nas and Damien Marley on one track? Get it.

Nas – It Ain’t Hard To Tell (Chris V Remix)

SUPERTREND is adamant that it is nearly impossible to come across quality rap/hip-hop right now, and I tend to agree with him. Fortunately for us, we have producers like Chris V who are remixing classic tracks by rap legends. Nas was my favorite rapper growing up as a kid, and it's refreshing to hear an impressive remix of "It Ain't Hard To Tell." In my opinion, this remix definitely does justice to the original track off Illmatic.
